High school is supposed to be the time of our lives- the golden years. It's all about prom and football and popularity....most of the time....
Blood...tears....anguish...
That is what there is at Cherry Falls High School. The school is separated between the East Side - rich kids whose parents own extravagent homes and overpriced cars, and the West Side - poor students who have to help their families pay the bills just so that they have a roof over their heads.
There has always been tension between the two groups - small fights over territory and whos' the stronger gang, but two months ago everything changed. A quiet January morning was disrupted by the harsh sound of gunshots. Five students dead from both sides of the war. Each group blaming the other, without any answers.
Now the high school is reopening after a brief hiatus to make changes for safety to the school. What will happen when the east and west are forced back together again? How much more blood will be lost?
