Rillan, Connecticut. fifty miles away from hartford; once you
move in you’ll be treated like their own. that’s what the sign on the
highway says - and the sign is certainly wrong. gossip and rumours
spread like wildfire in this close-knit community. guard your secrets
with your life because if they get out, there will be no mercy. the
town also has a reputation for uncontrollable youth - and it is
deserved. the high school and college have more students than
ever before and of course, more students lead to more trouble.
cliques are forming with bitter rivalries between them and the
teenagers are turning to sex, drugs and alcohol for entertainment.
it's a recipe for disaster & only so long before all hell breaks loose...
