(LACEY REAMES)
Hello! It is a pleasure meeting you,Asho. Well, your file claims you are fifteen years old and that you are a female. That's very interesting! It also says you own no characters yet which is fascinating as well. In case we need to reach you, which would be the best way to contact you? Ifelloffacliffanddied@gmail.com is my MSN and Email. We will get back to you shortly once we are finished reviewing your application! Thank you and have a nice day!
FULL NAME;; Lacey Lex Reames
NICKNAMES;; Lace, Ell, or (if you dare) Lace Face (ugh), Sparkles, Bubbles
BIRTHDATE/AGE;; 09/12 ; seventeen
SEXUALITY;; Bi-curious
PLAYBY;;Emmy Rossum
GENDER;; Female
HAIR;; Dark brown, mid-back ringlet curls, occasionally straightened (but rarely); Hangs free or pulled into twin ponytails
EYES;; Light brown
HEIGHT;; 5'6''
WEIGHT;; 132 lb.
STYLE;;Lacey doesn't dress up much, but she does have a very memorable fashion style. She loves bright colors, and sometimes she will wear really nice color coordinated outfits but other times she wears silly outfits for the heck of it. She adores funny graphic tees and converse, and her fashion style is over all, sort of indie and artsy and sometimes nerdy (in a cute, sort of ecclectic way).
LIKES;; Ice cream, chocolate, art, the undiscovered music scene, old romantic movies, wasting time on MSN, writing, architecture, art history, French, dancing in the rain, laughing, friendships, bubbles, understanding people, not being judged, sunrises, sunsets, sleeping in, staying up late, fireworks, summertime, swimming, hot chocolate, long phone calls, concerts, the Grateful Dead, anything retro, anime and manga, gentleman, blue eyes and dark hair, compliments, Alice in Wonderland, Gothic Lolita, succeeding, a violin thrown into a rock song (adds dramatic effect)
DISLIKES;; Sushi, crying, bullies, waking up early, failing, math, pain, rejection, macho men, stereotypes, hypocrites, liars, religion (its for the narrow minded), pessimists, drugs, tripping (she's terribly clumsy), homophobes, rascists, sexists, or other close minded people, cliches, spiders, bad smelling things, stuck up people, the color pink (most of the time--on a really cute outfit, it can work.)
GOALS;; Graduate college, find a good man (or mebbe woman, she's experimental), settle down and have a family, and be able to be remembered for something.
FEARS;; Heights, dying alone, rejection, small spaces (ish claustrophobic), and bugs.
SECRETS;; Has only had one boyfriend, who broke her heart.
OVERALL PERSONALITY;;Lacey tries to be an overall sweetheart. Her temper is under control, and she's well mannered. But provoke her and she will get angry, make no mistake about that. She isn't a pushover, and will stand up for herself. However, she sees both sides of an issue, and thus has a hard time deciding which is the way to go, which is when a skilled debator can make her take whatever side they need her to. She loves drawing and writing, particularly writing, and that is her main form of release. She tries to help others as a way of making herself feel better, but in contrast keeps her own problems to herself. She's adventurous, curious, and determind. Also, she is giggly, bubbly, and loves to laugh and make people laugh. This very outgoing, silly carefree persona tends to bring friends to her, but it also can be slightly annoying. She's a realist, but her negative thoughts are only in her head, and she doesn't bother people with them.
MOTHER;; Marie Lynn, 42, art critic.
FATHER;; James Brian, 47, carpenter.
SIBLINGS;; Damon Campbell, 24
PETS;; Siamese kitten named Toast
HOMETOWN;; Scranton, Pennsylvania
OVERALL HISTORY;; Lacey's childhood was fairly uneventful as far as she could remember, right up until her fourth birthday. Although to be fair, perhaps her parents kept their affairs behind closed doors up until that point or her memory did not reach that far back. But at one point or another, regardless of age, Lacey started to realize her parents did not always get along. She did not think anything of it to tell teachers at school or anything--she just assumed that all parents acted like that way. Anyhow, her parents were always fighting, screaming and calling names. They tried their hardest to keep Lacey out of it, at least until she turned about twelve. By then, the girl had realized that all this fighting was not normal, and she tried to intervene when it escalated. Her parents turned the verbal abuse on her, and from then on, it became a cycle. Lacey couldn't stand to leave her parents to fight without trying to help, and they couldn't control their temper and words towards her during their constant fighting. Lacey wouldn't say anything to anyone--she knew it could have been much worse. They could have done drugs. They could have beat her. At least she had a home and the ability to escape to school during the day. She gritted her teeth and bared it, making that manta her motto on life: It could be worse. The downtalking and yelling slowly wore down on her self esteem, however, until she couldn't take it any more, and she broke free. She was lucky enough to find a safe haven, and embraced her new chance to start over and prove that she was so much more than everything her parents had ever told her she was.
